2. What we collect

Information you type into the quotation form. Name, email address, country and product category are required, because a quotation cannot be prepared without them. Estimated quantity, WhatsApp number and your requirement text are optional.

Technical information recorded by our web server. As with any website, the server that serves these pages records basic request data — IP address, time of the request, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and to block spam and abusive traffic.

What we do not collect. There is no user account or login on this site. There is no checkout, so no payment or card details are ever collected. This site does not run advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry — to prepare and send the quotation you asked for.
• To follow the request through — if you go on to order, to confirm specifications, packing, documents and shipping with you.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any order that follows, and then for a reasonable period afterwards so that orders, documents and warranty matters can still be traced. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier — see section 8.

7. How it is protected

Enquiries are stored on a restricted area of the server that is not publicly readable, and access is limited to the person handling your enquiry. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.

8. Your choices

• Ask for a copy — you can ask what information we hold that you sent us.
• Correct it — if something you sent is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
• Delete it — you can ask us to delete your enquiry and stop contacting you. We will do so unless we are required to keep the record for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we will tell you why.
